It gives us great pleasure to announce  that on June 18th, 2019, our Pastor, the Right Reverend Mitered Archpriest Dr. Roman Pankiw, Dean of the Western GTA, was recognized by Pope Francis with The Medal of the Cross (PRO ECCLESIA ET PONITIFICE “for Church and Pope”) and congratulatory greeting certificate. May Almighty God bless Right Reverend Roman, his wife dobr. Olga, their children, grand children and the whole family with a healthy life, and the Right Reverend Roman for many years of service in Christ’s Vineyard and in his work for the Ukrainian community celebrating over 120 years in Canada, and for the community at large in our great country of Canada.
